Article 1: Scope of application These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the website angelapositivepsychology.com. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with Nordaurai Oy an order validated via our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age limit Age restrictions apply. Nordaurai Oy only accepts clients over 18 years old for all digital products, coaching services and workshops. Our products and services are designed for professional use by qualified adults. Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately refunded and access to the product will be revoked.

Article 2: Order Any order placed on angelapositivepsychology.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of VAT. Nordaurai Oy is a VAT registered company in Finland. The price of products can be changed at any time. However the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment Payment is due immediately at the time of the order. You can pay by credit card including Mastercard and Visa. Secure online payment is processed through Stripe. All transmitted information is encrypted and cannot be read during transport over the network. The security of this system is the responsibility of Stripe.

Article 5: Delivery All products are digital. Upon confirmed payment you will receive instant access to your purchased materials on the checkout page and via a download link sent to your email address. Article 6: No refund policy All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However if you experience any technical difficulty accessing your materials after purchase please contact us immediately at angela@angelapositivepsychology.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
